They are very professional and knowledgeable. I had stains from my dog and they removed them all. They moved the furniture and placed all the furniture back in place with such care. My rug smelled so good. Thank you for great care of my rug and furniture.

Excellent work. I was pleasantly surprised. We have dogs and the deep shag area rug started to smell like dog... They lounge and chewed their toys on the rug all day. I had actually moved the rug to the basement until someone mentioned Rubber Ducky to me. The job they did cleaning the rug was incredible.
