Inspection & Dusting Process
RUGS are inspected before cleaning. Then, dusted in huge mechanical tumblers. This frees any loose debris & dirt, opening RUG fibers.
Now, on to the wash!
Custom Wash Tank Process
We wash RUGS in large mechanical wash tubs. This mimics the ancient washing techniques used in free flowing streams. Large panels turn the water, slowly allowing RUGS to thoroughly soak. RUGS are spread out on our custom built wash floor for any scrubbing or spotting needs.
Thorough Brush Cleaning
Once the RUG has been soaked, we spread it out on a draining floor & begin to introduce trusted detergents. These specialized agents safely lift stains, oil, & dirt from RUG fibers without leaving sticky residue.
State of the Art Rinsing
We rinse RUGS through machines that are capable of tuning temp and pressure to a desired setting. The ability to rinse & hydraulically press is a highly sophisticated way to rinse away all detergents remaining in the fibers.
Patent Pending Infusion Rinse
We rinse RUGS in large centrifugal machines. These actually spin so fast that any remaining water drains away, leaving the RUG very clean and nearly dry. We infuse a treatment that naturally destroys lingering odor-causing bacteria within the fibers.
Controlled Drying Chamber
Controlling the relative humidity is truly the key to thoroughly drying all fibers within the rug – not just the surface. Our drying chambers are monitored to hold the lowest humidity and peak temperature to achieve an accurate moisture level.
